shipping & return policies

hey gorgeous! all you need to know about shipping & returns are as follows:

shipping

all orders placed before 12pm EST, will be processed same day monday- thursday.
all orders placed after 12pm EST, will be processed the following business day monday- thursday.
orders will by shipped via USPS standard delivery, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.

for all rush orders, please fill out a contact form or e-mail directly to info@jay-elle.com

p.s. to all of our international fashionistas: unfortunately at this time, shop jay elle will only be fulfilling U.S. orders only.

returns

all full-price items except for accessories are eligible for returns as long as:

  1. your return is postmarked 14 days of the delivery date and

  2. all items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all tags still attached, please!).

note: please keep your return tracking number in order for guaranteed returns. we won’t be responsible for any goods that are lost en route back to us.

all accessories and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

exchanges

sorry babe! unfortunately at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. if you’d like to change an item, please make a new order online and return the unwanted item(s). we hope to offer exchanges in the near future! until then, thanks for understanding ❤️
